Technical Support and Problems Accessing WBA Worldwide
If WBA Worldwide is not working as you expect it to and if you are unable to use the website, or if you are unable to access the site altogether, contact your local IT support team for help. They will investigate the matter and can escalate issues accordingly.
Incorrect Profile Information
We work with various HR and IT departments around the business, who manage our people data in the intranet. If you notice incorrect our out-of-date information in your profile contact your IT helpdesk. They can can support with getting your profile updated, or will route you to the correct HR department.
Content Restriction Problems
If you're having trouble accessing restricted information that you believe you should have access to, contact the site manager of the intranet site where you are experiencing the issue. Site Manager details are usually found on the homepages or in the Contact Us sections of sites in our intranet.
Editorial Support and User Permission Requests
If you are a Site Manager, Site Editor or User Administrator and you require user data, content or editorial support, you can contact the Digital Communications team for help, advice and assistance.
